I have a degree in Economics, but I’ve always been fascinated by the process of how things are made.
Currently, I’ve been working for nearly 10 years at a company specializing in various plastic packaging solutions.
But let’s rewind a bit. After college, my career took off at a major multinational automotive company, where we produced wiper motors for some of the biggest brands in the industry. I started as a production planning assistant, and within just two years, I moved up to team leader. It was an incredible learning experience, especially when it came to managing global supply chains. We’ve purchased parts from the Philippines, China, Japan, and shipping finished products across Europe and the Americas.
Later on, I embraced a new challenge at a plastic injection molding company, taking on nearly identical responsibilities.
As time went on, my role has expanded, I was also given warehouse management, alongside my logistics and production planning duties. This allowed me to gain an even broader perspective on the full scope of operations.
