I am an occupational therapy student at Drake University in Des Moines, IA. I completed my doctoral capstone project with ProActive Pediatric Therapy in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ProActive is an outpatient pediatric clinic, with five Occupational Therapists, three Physical Therapists, and four Speech-Language pathologists. At ProActive, I was aiming to further define occupational therapy's role in breastfeeding outcomes, with infants who have a tongue tie.
