Maria De Noda, E-RYT, has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. Not having a studio near her to be able to practice at when she started, Maria started out teaching herself with books and videos. Since then, Maria has studied with many internationally renowned teachers as well as local teachers. She is currently training with Sadie Nardini in Core Strength Vinyasa and is part of a small but growing number of CSV teachers.
Maria truly believes that yoga is for everyone, and wants to share the practice with as many people as she can. Her goal is to help others find a place of peace and calm in their lives and to live a healthier life. She works one on one with clients who have physical limitations due to injuries or illness. There is a yoga practice suited for every person, and Maria loves to help people find what works for them. She loves to teach all levels from beginner classes to leading workshops for yoga teachers. In 2016 Maria will begin offering 200-hour teacher training.
Maria teaches classes as well as workshops at Princeton University, Fortune 500 companies, yoga studios and has published articles in various online Yoga publications such as doyouyoga and mindbodygreen. She also has a YouTube channel in which she shares the practice with those she can't reach in person. Maria is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and registered through Yoga Alliance (YA).
