Marek Malinowski comes from an IT background and has successfully run an IT support company in Ireland since 2007. Over time, his company evolved into the digital space, and by 2013, it focused exclusively on digital consulting, web development, and scaling eCommerce businesses online.

In 2019, Marek and his team dedicated themselves to developing Practical CSM’s training materials and expanding its online presence.

Practical CSM courses were created by Rick Adams—founder, published author, and trainer. These courses are built around the Practical CSM Framework, providing a structured approach to Customer Success Management.
