I have been making cakes professionally for more than a decade. Over the years my work has been featured in several print and online articles (LadBible, Cake Wrecks, Cake Geek Magazine, D'Licious Magazine) for cake decorating and I have also appeared on our local news in Far North Queensland, for a sugarcraft creation made for an international cake collaboration. I was also a 2022 Finalist in the Sugarcraft Artist Category of the Year at the International Cake Show Australia (ICSA).
