Marco's proven experience covers several areas of expertise: Strategy Definition and Execution, Lean Management, IS Implementation, Project Management and Mentoring and Leadership Training oriented to Peak Performance.
He has successfully led, guided and trained cross-functional and multicultural managers and teams in the implementation of high-impact and complex projects in national and multinational companies, medium and large, in several countries in Europe and the Middle East.
In the last five years, he designed and combined strategic, scientific, business management and sports technical insights to create Warp Speed Habits, a science-based approach to building habits in business environments, and Peak Performance, a framework for leveraging individual and team performance and energy in the business world. The first culminated in a book, published in English and Portuguese.
He has a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Porto Business School. He has completed programs in specializations such as Lean Management (Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Japan), Strategy Execution (Jeroen de Flanders), Innovation Management (Global Innovation Management Institute), Neuroscience in Leadership (NeuroLeadership Institute), Project Management (PwC Consulting) and application of scientific methods used in high-level sports (Oxygen Advantage).
