Let me introduce myself. My name is Manas Panda and you can call me as “Manas”. I am Post Graduate in Computer Application(MCA) with about 25+ yrs of IT industry experience. I have worked in organization like HCL, WIPRO, Zensar, Syntel and Rapidigm. Major clients I served are Banking(US bank, Credit Suisse, CitiBank, Fleetbank), Manufacturing (HP, Fujitsu) in roles such as developers, Lead/architect to project/program Manager.
Prior to this during my MCA, I used to teach in training institute NIIT for about an yr.
I was mentoring head in Rapidigm and mentored people in Wipro as well. I have counselled people within the organization to ensure they are rightly aligned to the role as per their interest and skillset. I have trained employees on advanced Java, J2EE, testing framework, Spring, C and C++, Object Oriented Analysis.
