I am a Japanese scenario writer writer and a translator.
My works includes translating Peter Rabbit, a commentary explanation of Sherlock Holmes, movie scenario "Nakeru Hanashi", "Kokoro no Suppliment", as well as commercial writing and translation.
After graduating Keio University Faculty of Letters, I have decided to be a professional in writing and because I was able to speak English, it was pretty natural to receive orders on translation as well.
Working on the two languages, I have found the difference very interesting, because I feel that difference between English and Japanese is a result of cultural difference. So I got some actors and actress to act in the skits in this course, so that you can feel the culture and behavior of Japanese people.
