His experience with software goes back to the mid 1970's, when he worked as a developer and then moved through all roles including project manager and testing and QA manager. Over the last forty-five years, Dr. Hanna has worked and trained in all aspects and capacities of software projects and processes. As the CEO and Senior Instructor at IIST, he has trained over 50,000 professionals around the world over the last 20 years. He also worked as a professor of software engineering for 12 years where he taught master level courses in software engineering and quality assurance.
