Lynda Morrissey

I am a senior HR recruitment management consultant, with over 15 years experience serving in some of the worlds well known human rights, humanitarian, EdTech and corporate organisations.

I'm the founder of Croíadh, delivering HR recruitment transformation consultancy service to mission led organisations, and executive career change consultancy services to values driven professionals.

I design diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) centred recruitment strategies, talent branding projects, hiring manager training programmes, and interview methodologies for organisations nationally and internationally.

I’m also a qualified executive coach, delivering coaching and mentoring to talent acquisition professionals.

I’m passionate about DEI, and am regularly invited to be a key note speaker and workshop facilitator delivering talks on DEI recruitment strategy.

Training and education are a life long passion of mine. The benefit of this to you is that I have experience breaking down complex ideas into bitesize digestible chunks, which makes it easier for my students to learn.
