Financial Crisis Leadership

My career began at Dominion Securities during the Black Monday market crash of 1987. Experiencing one of history's most significant financial crises taught me that leadership is never tested during calm times, it is revealed during uncertainty.

Global Enterprise Experience

I continued developing my leadership frameworks while working with internationally respected organizations including Great-West Life, Empire Financial, Edward Jones and HSBC. These experiences reinforced the importance of emotional intelligence, communication and strategic thinking within complex organizations.

Entrepreneurial Leadership

As a business owner responsible for leading employees while navigating challenging customer situations, I experienced firsthand the realities of leadership beyond theory. These experiences inspired the creation of the Fearless Entrepreneur Academy and strengthened my belief that leadership is learned through experience, reflection and practice.
