This excitement and passion about Life, became my why to heal and expand the knowledge about myself, how to create optimal health and wellbeing, and what we can do to find the solution to heal at the deepest level – for me to find the Truth about me, to know who I am, expanding on this, and then passing on, to others who seek my assistance, the tools I have been given.
Originally trained as a RGN nurse.
Since 87', I have worked as an Energy Practitioner, Life coach & Mentor, teaching internationally in Optimal Health physical / emotional & spiritual health.
From 95' - 2000 Principal at a successful Reflexology & Ear acupuncture school and in 2012 I started Lisbeth Skovmand, online Energy Healing Academy.
To support your optimal health fully, I trained in Classical Chinese Medicine for Optimal Health and deep inner personal development for me to be able to cover physical, emotional and spiritual challenges. My request for Freedom, has taken me on a lifelong exciting journey.
