My passion is to guide engineers and others in any technical industry to learn and grow into the leaders they want to be.

I have been an engineer and technical leader in the Software Engineering field since 2007, and during this period, I have collected the words to describe and teach the methods to help others explore and find their way. I am really excited to share what I have experienced and learned in hopes that it will impact the lives and career trajectory of others.

Throughout my career, I observed a variety of leadership styles and struggled and stumbled upon my own path towards becoming a leader. What I found was that whether it is someone on the same team, someone in another department, someone technical, someone non-technical, someone I met in an interview, or someone I met during a product demo, it fills me with energy and excitement to find opportunities to learn, grown, and share experiences that help everyone around me succeed, grow, and be closer to the version of themselves that they want to be.
