Lila Nikol is a Certified Dance/Movement Psychotherapist, Corporate Psychologist at MindFi, Women’s Rights Advocate, and Founder of Wild Daughters — a global movement for change and a better future for every woman and girl.
Through her integrative approach, Lila helps women from all walks of life transform past pain into lasting power, reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies as a source of strength, clarity, and healing.
In the corporate sphere, Lila supports women in recovering from burnout and rebuilding balance, vitality, and confidence across both professional and personal domains. Her work focuses on helping high-achieving women shift from chronic overgiving toward a more sustainable model of leadership and success — one rooted in self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and the ability to receive as much as they give.
Lila's experience spans from international organizations to NGOs and protective shelters, where she works with survivors of domestic abuse to rebuild self-trust, agency, and inner freedom.
Her mission is to create a world where women walk with their heads held high — seen, valued, and truly free — and where men rise beside them as conscious allies and co-creators of equality.
