I have experience training athletes as a coach and massage therapist. Our athletes needed a tool to self-massage their body while they are on competitions and training camps. So when there was no therapist available they could still take care of their body.
With the techniques we use in our course, we found out the athletes recover quicker, solve injuries, get more flexible and improve in their training and life immediately. Since these techniques work for any body who wants these improvements, we made our massage ball course.
