I'm 35 years old. My journey to Meditation and Life Skills began about 15 years ago after my father passed away. Gradually, I learned from ancient Upanishads and Vedic teachings - why human beings are not only the highest form of creation in the entire known universe, but how we are fully equipped, and capable of becoming anything, doing anything, having anything. Each one of us are extraordinary, regardless of circumstances, age, color, height, weight, or family background. I always wanted to teach the lessons I learned. However, today the world doesn't just want to know "what works", people also want to know "why it works". So I completed my research on "what works" and "why it works" before starting to teach, and then I began.
Briefly speaking, students love my approach to help them unlearn their old mental habits first, and thus enabling them to be available to learn something new like - personal productivity, focus, concentration, time-management, active listening, active reading, work-life counterbalancing, cultivating winning attitude, goal setting, willpower management, curing anxiety, energy healing, various forms of meditation etc.
