Leila is an attorney, academic and business success strategist, experienced entrepreneur, philanthropist, relentless optimist, and a lifetime learner.
Leila has had a diverse background, working in the legal, medical, fashion and entertainment industries. In her teens, Leila hosted a live satellite tv show called "Kids on the Block" that discussed real world social issues facing the youth. In her early twenties, she served as the Chief Creative Officer of a multi-million dollar family-owned educational company that sold advanced linguistic, speed-reading, and memory power audio and video trainings. It was the legal demands of this business that peaked her interest in pursuing a career in business and Intellectual Property law.
Leila went on to receive the Business Law Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Business Law. Afterwards, she worked in the Fashion industry, serving as the Marketing Director of a high-end women's clothing boutique, located off of the famous Rodeo drive in Beverly Hills, California.
In law school, she interned at the Habeas Corpus division of the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. After graduating from Southwestern Law School, Leila passed both California and Massachusetts bar exam on her first try. She opened her own law firm in 2015, Nosrat Law, to help startups, entrepreneurs, online businesses, consultants, coaches, and creative artists navigate the legalities of the business world.
Leila also started her own TV show "Law with Leila" on YouTube and a prep company: Bar Prep Mindset, to help law students succeed in law school, on the bar exam, and beyond. At BPM, She gives her law students the perfect blend of M&Ms: METHODOLOGY + MINDSET, to help them start strong and finish even stronger. She combines experience, and the latest and best findings in neuroscience, positive psychology, and high performance strategies to make learning as easy and stress free as possible.
