Hello, I am Tran Tung Lam. I am a Founder, CEO, and Psychologist with a unique blend of academic rigor and entrepreneurial execution.

My career is defined by the intersection of two worlds: Business Systems and Human Behavior.
On the business side, I am the Founder of THE Holding and owner of 4 companies (T.H.E Group, F.P.C Entertainment, 7PMX and Infinity B). With over 9 years of experience building marketing systems, I have consulted and operated directly for 12 companies, managing teams of 30+ personnel and ensuring revenues ranging from 15 to 30 billion VND.

On the academic side, I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology & Mental Health. I have spent over 8 years researching applied psychology and founded Alo Psycho, a major psychology community in Vietnam.

I do not just teach theory. I apply the rigorous critical thinking of a scientist to the chaotic reality of running a business. My goal is to help you build startups that are not only profitable but psychologically resilient
