I have worked as a personal trainer for over 15 years, teaching one-on-one courses as well as group classes. That was a milestone in my carreer when I trained with professional athlete and former NBA star Dennis Rodman, and learned new training methods, practiced tricks and tips.

My primary focus is to target specific areas to resculpt and shape the body to maximize the effectiveness of workout time.

I have developed a unique training method, a home workout that sets itself apart from other workout programs with its simplicity and effectiveness. A wide variety of exercises that don't require a lot of special equipment and can be done at home or even in the office make getting in shape something that can fit into any schedule. By making exercise fun and interesting, not repetitive and boring, participants will enjoy every single moment of a workout and achieve fast, and real results.
