Kristena West M.A. has a Masters in Transformation Arts and Consciousness, a BA in Psychology and Communications and AS in Commercial Art and Fashion Design. Kristena is a shamanic practitioner, dream teacher, life coach and fashion designer. She has been teaching community arts, leading men and women's groups on personal development using psychological, shamanic and creative arts tools since the 90's. She has written two books Alchemy a shamanic personal development workbook for men and women's groups and Olaf Asteson a Norweigian Dream Song.
