Kristen's extensive Change Management expertise has been developed over 20 years working with Fortune 500 companies, ASX 200, and government organizations in the US, UK and Australia to deliver tailored change management solutions. These change implementations include everything from strategic change to organization design and operational change, to capability uplift, to large scale technology change. She has also held management positions with international consulting firms such as Accenture, UK and IBM, Australia and been the designer and manager of the Change Management Office for a large oil and gas company.
Kristen is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and founder of Meaningful Change, a training company devoted to building change skills through accessible, practical, and cost-effective training and coaching. Meaningful Change delivers on-demand, step-by-step training in core change management skills enabling Change Managers to implement change confidently and successfully in their organization.
