Kristen is the Founder of GoodHeart Collaborative and the Creator of the Built to Last Toolkit. She is driven by a commitment to women’s wellness, victim advocacy, and empowering female entrepreneurs. With extensive experience founding impactful businesses, she’s dedicated her career to advancing emotional resilience and personal growth. Kristen’s journey in business and advocacy fuels her mission to support others in overcoming obstacles and building fulfilling, impactful lives. Since 2004, she's been a passionate advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation. In 2013, she opened up Denver's first licensed safe home for teen girls recovered from sex trafficking. Over the course of seven years, she grew the nonprofit to include multiple programs, helped many girls and their family members, raised millions of dollars, and had a staff of 35. November of 2020, it was all done for her. She had to leave because she was so sick and burned out. She had nothing else to give and her dream for so many years was done.
In mid-2019, during the hardest parts of her burnout, she noticed other women experiencing similar symptoms. She started GoodHeart Collaborative, a Colorado-based LLC focused on supporting the emotional well-being of women entrepreneurs, helping professionals, and executives.
Her strong entrepreneurial spirit helped her start multiple businesses in the last 15 years. She has had the privilege of training and presenting to thousands across the US on topics like abuse, sex trafficking, health and wellness, nonprofit work, and the fundamentals of business startups.
Health is the foundation from which everything else is built and impacts every area of our life, that is why being our healthiest - mind, body, and spirit - is so important to living a fulfilled life.
