She worked in Academics before becoming an entrepreneur so brings both theoretical knowledge and industry experiences to enrich her trainings. In 2021, she established her Leadership Training organisation called Leadership K.A.R.D. Kiran's training in Leadership, communication, behavioral styles and personality types help individuals and teams communicate more effectively by discovering a greater awareness of self & others.
