Hi, I am Hankun from Korea. My friends call me simply Kun. I am a dedicated algorithm trading programmer in Nomad AlgoTrading Lab. 

Our journey to algorithm trading programming started in 2012. From then on, I had a single question ourselves: is it possible to earn money with an algorithm trading system? It took me so many years until I got some strategies that survived in the market for a long time. The answer is yes!

The financial market is consist of human beings. Human beings are smart but subjected to their emotion. This emotional part of human beings makes them behave irrationally when there are some events in the financial market, such as the financial crisis in 2008 and the outbreak of COVID 19 early in 2020. Their irrational behaviors make the market deviate from equilibrium, which generates a chance for a profit until the market gets back to equilibrium in the long term. In this sense, earning money with an automatic trading system "must be possible" as long as human beings stay in the financial markets.

A challenge is always exciting because it makes us feel alive. This is why we encourage your learning. We believe sharing our strategies and source codes with you does not deteriorate our potential profits in the market for two reasons. Firstly, you are very likely a follower rather than a leader in the market. It means your trading does not steal our chances no matter how much you earn profits because market followers can not affect the market conditions. Secondly, your feedback will develop, rather than deteriorate, our strategies more powerful. Sharing ideas makes a society grow. It is perhaps the only way we can extend and deepen our knowledge. We would like to reflect on your precious ideas not only in the techniques for each strategy at a narrower level but also in the course topics at a broader level, which builds a constructive relationship among all of us.
