With decades of experience in education and social justice, I specialize in helping “white” individuals at the earliest stages of their anti-racism journey. My programs blend social science, psychology, and learning theory to guide reluctant learners through foundational concepts like unconscious bias, cultural indoctrination, history, and science. By fostering critical thinking and self-reflection, I help individuals close the gap between inherited biases and lived truths, empowering them to embrace equitable, anti-racist practices. Grounded in empathy and honesty, I emphasize the importance of listening to Black voices as experts and advocates for justice. Together, we’ll build a more inclusive future through understanding, action, and accountability.
