He is a Thought Leader on Business Management, Start-up Mentoring, and has experience in growing business unit from start-up to large IT organization.

He is a registered mentor with Start-up India. As a mentor, he has successfully worked with the Dept. of MSME, Govt. of India, NASSCOM, Headstart and continue to support and grow many enterprises. He was part of the core team which formulated IT policies and incentive plans for 8 North-Eastern states.
