Katiuscia Baggio is a pedagogist specializing in corporate training and adult learning. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a leadership trainer. Katiuscia holds a degree in Education Sciences with a specialization in corporate training processes from the University of Padua. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas, USA. Furthermore, she received executive coach training at the Neuroleadership Institute in London and earned certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2009, she became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and in 2017, she achieved the status of Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Since 2007, Katiuscia has been a leadership trainer and coach, specializing in the development of soft skills and helping managers and entrepreneurs foster positive relationships with themselves and others. For 17 years, she served as the executive education director at CIMBA, a consortium of 36 American Universities, also a prestigious business and leadership school. Katiuscia has worked internationally with individuals and companies, delivering training and coaching in both Italian and English, both in Italy and abroad. Her clientele includes American university students, participants in the CIMBA Master of Business Administration program, entrepreneurs, companies, and managers. Additionally, she has been involved in training aspiring coaches in an ICF-accredited coach training program offered by CIMBA.

In 2019, Katiuscia embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, creating online and offline training and coaching programs targeted at an international audience. She published her first book, "Improvise to Succeed," in Italian and English in 2020, integrating principles of improvisational theater with coaching. Her contributions have been recognized with international awards, such as the "Personal Coach of The Year, Italy" from the Finance Monthly Global Awards in 2021 and 2022, and the "CEO Today Global Awards 2022" for establishing her online leadership and coaching academy, "Improvise and Succeed."
