Happy Talk with Kids

Hi, I’m Katharina, working mom of two wonderful school-age kids, living in Germany.

I help people take ownership of their lives, treat themselves and others kindly, and find the power to change things.

My first course is called "Master the secrets of effective communication with your kids!". It shows parents how to talk to their kids to make them listen and engage, to stop the never ending tantrums and to make the whole family feel relaxed and even closer than before.

In my second course I share "How a panic attack saved my life" and give tips on how to take back control of your life and mental health if you are struggling with panic attacks and anxiety.

In both courses I am giving you a shortcut to finding a solution. Those are the courses I needed when I was struggling. I want you to make progress fast, avoiding all the twists and turns that I made. I can’t wait to meet you inside and share my secrets with you!
