Karon Paige is an HR Professional with five years of experience working in human resources. Karon graduated with a BSN in Labor and Employment Relations and a concentration in Diversity in the Workplace at Rutgers University. Karon has worked in the HR department for small, medium-sized, and large companies. In her latest position, she worked her way up in the HR department from basic HR duties, to specialist work in FMLA and ADA.
