Founder Director of Ajanta Vihara Institute of Spiritual Sciences, Ms. Jyoti is an Indian who grew up in an academically-oriented family and was exposed to questions about the Universe, divine lights and soul journey from a very young age. Her grandfather was a highly energy sensitive person and a very well learned man of metaphysical sciences and her curiosity about energy and the Universe began from here.
She carried lot of influence of working with intuition and visions from both her parents who themselves were much evolved souls who believed in karma. Her never ending quest for knowledge was inherited from her father while the passion for music and creativity came from her mother.
She graduated from India’s prestigious design school, National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and was quick to launch a career as a designer. She eventually moved into the field of education and ended her career as a dean of a prestigious university when she decided to surrender to her spiritual calling. And thus, Ajanta Vihara was born.
While heading the Ajanta Vihara institute of spiritual sciences she is also pursuing PhD on indigenous shamanic tribes of mountains of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia.
The institute opened its doors on 1st of November 2019 to public but her work spans over two decades which earlier she maintained with her mainstream profession of design.
Jyoti began investigating the subject of energy healing in depth over three decades ago and over the years she has discovered amongst other things, the importance energy and vibration and how everything and anything including each of the realities we believe in can be reprogrammed and recreated.
She also is a firm believer that each one of us is capable of healing ourselves and do not need any one else to heal us, we need to know ourselves as energy, knowing which could lead to profound healing if only we give it a chance.
