I entered corporate America with a background in non-profit. I had no pedigree, no business background, and I really didn’t know what I was doing or what to expect from Corporate America.

In those early days I remember just how much I craved a mentor or at least some kind of step by step guide that would just help me to know how to win, how to thrive, and find success at work overall. Regrettably, that was all very hard to come by.
