My name is Justin Okamoto, I'm a life coach, a father and an instructor here on Udemy. I love to see people grow and be empowered in their life. I believe that peace starts with me, if we want to create a world that works for everyone then we have to make sure we are taking steps to make our own life work. I try to live that out in my life and encourage others to do the same!

I first started life coaching when I was 22 years old. I was so impressed when I saw a life coach guide someone to a life changing insight and I knew from that moment that I wanted to be able to do the same. After years of practicing life coaching working with students and also members of my faith community, now I want to share some of the lessons and techniques that I've shared with my clients with as many people as I can.
