Julius Francis is a personal trainer, martial arts practitioner, and recreational athlete. 

Julius participated in Taekwondo since the age of 5 and continued through his 20's, until achieving his Black Belt. As a personal trainer at LA Fitness in 2007, he worked to establish his own individual approach to fitness which is:
