My name is Julio Mendez and I am an experienced aviation professional with a passion for effective communication in the industry. I hold a B.S. of Science in Aeronautics with specialized training in Air Traffic Control, as well as an M.S. of Science, both obtained from the University of North Dakota. UND is one of the best Aviation Schools in the USA.

With a background in air traffic control, I have gained valuable experience as a Tower Trainee at both Puerto Vallarta and Leon ATC Towers. During my time in these positions, I honed my skills in managing and coordinating aircraft movements, ensuring safety and efficiency in the airspace.

Additionally, I have had the privilege of conducting over 1000 Aviation English assessments for Mexican pilots throughout the country. This involved assessing their proficiency in Aviation English, which is crucial for clear and effective communication between pilots and controllers.

Moreover, I have had the opportunity to train over 150 pilots in Aviation English Communication.
