7 years ago, I was going through the most challenging time in my life. Recent College grad in a new country, speaking English as a second language, trying to find a professional job within long months with no result.

After finally becoming a Recruiter and hiring multiple professionals for the finance, education, healthcare, sales & customer service industries, I've learned a lot about job applications getting a positive "YES" and a very sad "NO".
