As the practice leader for the Federal Healthcare sector of a multinational IT Consulting firm, my focus is on digital health transformation including AI, where I harness my expertise in project management to drive improvements and innovation. I spent several years in management and digital transformation in a major hospital network, which enabled me to excel as a leader and drive digital health adoption such as Epic. I honed skills in healthcare process improvement, analytical thinking, and data analysis. These competencies have been pivotal in addressing the dynamic needs of healthcare organizations, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering high-quality patient care. My role requires a blend of strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge, which I've cultivated through hands-on experience and a passion for healthcare technology. The transition to consulting entailed leveraging my background in healthcare systems to contribute to projects that enhance service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
