I’m Joseph Mavindidze, a specialist in trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy with over 20 years of experience in mental health helping adults overcome anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, and phobias.

I hold a Master’s degree in Specialist Trauma CBT from Queen’s University Belfast, and I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful therapy used to process traumatic memories.
Alongside my work in mental health services, I’ve spent time developing practical, structured methods to help people regain control of their lives — not just temporarily feel better.
