My name is Joseph. In this course I share my knowledge of laundromat ownership so that you will have a thorough understanding of day-to-day laundromat operations, as well as, the ability to evaluate, buy and grow your own laundromat business. This course is taught in a clear and concise manner that includes many easy-to-understand examples of how to be successful in the laundromat business. The goal of this course is to greatly increase your knowledge and help you develop your own strategy for success. I own two coin-operated laundromats that I have had for several years, and I have experience operating them as both semi-passive income and hands-on management.

It’s not that hard, and I expect this course to be a great help to you. Prior to my interest in purchasing a laundromat, I had no experience or expertise to qualify me for this endeavor. I could not repair washers or dryers. In fact, I had never set foot in a laundromat. My previous work experience consisted of several years as a carpet cleaning technician, four years in the army infantry and four years as an electrical engineering student – nothing to prepare me for laundromat ownership, except for the ability to work hard. It all started when I was a junior in college. While searching the internet for business ideas, I quickly discovered the idea of laundromat ownership. The combination of self-employment and investing for passive income sounded great! I loved the idea of having a second income or even doing full-time entrepreneurship, meaning I could make my own path and not have to answer to a boss. It would give me flexibility to set my own hours and work as little or as much as I wanted to grow the business. Other conveniences include getting paid upfront in cash and not needing to send invoices or try to collect from past due customers.
