I've been teaching swimming since the mid 1990s, and competing in Triathlon for almost 20 years. I'm from Kelowna, BC, Canada - a hotbed of outdoor sports. I love this sport, and want to help others to get the most enjoyment possible. Working with elite athletes, we've created courses that help amateur athletes to have their best experiences.
