With a nationally recognized Gold Seal Certification for excellence in the largest industry in Canada, John has built a reputation as an experienced business and educational professional in the corporate, not for profit and academic community by blending key relationships with a foundation of trust to deliver results.

John’s industry experience spans a wide variety of clients in Western Canada’s public and private sectors including working with some of the top 25 largest companies in Canada and delivering results on hundreds of complex projects for small, medium and large complex organizations. John was the

first committee chair for a major Canadian city association to successfully bridge and facilitate career opportunities for new employees.

John expanded this passion to support career outcomes through instructional design and delivery through BSc. Degree programs at SAIT, BBA. Degree Programs at Prairie College, Business and Technology Practicums at CDI College. John is a committed and trained concierge to serve sponsors while identifying problems and challenges organizations face in order to take them from where they are, to where they aspire to go. He does this through his vision of nurturing employee candidates to rise higher through “Being comfortable with the uncomfortable”, and developing the will, skill, leverage and technology to improve outcomes significantly.

John has been invited to the Higher Landing program on the Grizzly Den panel as an expert in the field of Human Resource Management and Process. John is a trained PMP, CPHR, NCSO and RRIC professional that continues to advocate and support excellence in Project Management, Human Resource, Education, Safety and Relationship Competencies. John is an expert in Fund and Friend raising through political and charitable efforts. John says his greatest achievement is his full commitment to his organization’s causes, visions and family.
