My spine was built through years of Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong practice. I maintained this training alongside a demanding 9-to-5 schedule, often waking at 5 a.m. to cross the city for morning classes.
Today, I teach Qigong as an accessible, intentionally minimalist practice. My courses do not rely on charisma or motivation, but emphasize student agency, grounded essentials, and learning through direct personal observation and trust in one’s own bodily experience.
