My Background

I was born and raised in the United States but moved to Latin America after college to give volunteer service for the Bahá'í Faith.  During the last 30 years, I have worked with Nur University in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.  There I had the privilege of collaborating in the development of the program of Transformative Leadership, which has impacted the lives of people in some 40 countries.

Transformative Leadership includes 18 capabilities that contribute to personal transformation, improving relationships, and social transformation.  The courses offered on Udemy are based on books that delve into these capabilities
