I'm Jess and I'm a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in the UK and a member of the Yoga Alliance. I've been practicing yoga for over 7 years and teaching for 2 years.
I guide people to feel better in both body and mind using incredible tools such as yoga and mindfulness through online classes, workshops and retreats so I can help others feel calmer, more grounded and re-inspired to live their best life. I've taught hundreds of students both online and in-person, in group sessions and one to one.
I believe yoga is not about how much you can do, but more about how it makes you feel. I use mindfulness techniques to encourage you to tune into your body and mind and learn yourself better. This has so many other amazing benefits outside of yoga. My classes and courses are welcoming, understanding and supportive for EVERYONE.
