Jerry Joe Seltzer

Jerry Joe Seltzer is an author and illustrator of countless children's books and of art instructional titles. He has worked in publishing, newspapers, animation, and film as a cartoonist and concept artist. Now retired, he encourages novice artists through his unique drawing methodology.

He lives in Savannah, Georgia and is an alumnus of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
