I previously had the privilege of leading the renowned Shell Scenarios team for over 15 years, as well as being a member of the top leadership team advising the CEO, Executive Directors and Board on the company's global strategy.

Most recently, I was responsible for leading our team in developing Energy Transformation Scenarios which explore possible ways the 21st century could unfold, with dramatically different implications for society and the world’s energy system.

Having achieved these goals and passed the normal retirement date for senior Shell executives, I am now developing a portfolio of part-time, non-executive, coaching, advisory and academic positions in influential organisations that align with my commitment to encouraging a materially better life for people with a healthy planet.
