My goal for creating this course "How To Stop Smoking Easily Without Willpower" is to take away all your fears you link with quitting smoking.
Hey, my name is Jeremiah and I’m no doctor, but I have a more relevant qualification.
I was also once a smoker so I probably know what you are going through now.
I smoked my first cigarette at the age of 12 and my final cigarette was on 12 May 2019.
In between those 18 years, I experimented and ran into a lot of problems.
One of the biggest problems was that I didn’t know why I enjoyed smoking so much.
The moment I thought of quitting, I had stress. I couldn’t sleep. I knew I would fail because I know my life will never be the same without cigarettes.
This problem made me feel bad because I felt like I wasn’t strong enough to have the required willpower to stop smoking.
Deep down, I thought I was destined to be a smoker for the rest of my life.
I had a permanent headache due to the pressure of constant coughing, which scared me, but it still didn’t stop me from lighting the next cigarette.
I had reached the stage where I gave up even trying to stop. I thought that a cigarette helped me to relax.
Smoking gave me courage and confidence so I can never visualize an enjoyable life without smoking.
I thought my life depended on cigarettes and I was prepared to die rather than be without them.
