A message from Jeremiah regarding his philosophy:
Leadership: Leaders create change and change encourages innovation. I believe leadership is a skill that needs to be trained throughout the whole organization. This is possible through mentoring heavily focused on team building which is just as important as project planning.
Team Building: I believe that individuals are key to innovation and keeping companies relevant. Development of people, creating efficient processes, and implementing systems to track and measure performance is my passion. My ability for developing trusted internal and external relationships has consistently yielded successful results.
Innovation: Change encourages innovation, develops skills, develops staff, makes that shift in how we make new product allowing to step outside what is normal and think about what is possible. Innovation allows us to stay relevant in the ever-changing market and leads to better business opportunities.
Agility: Programs and projects need to have the ability to utilize multiple project management methods to acquire the results we want. Flexibility in understanding and applying the ins and outs of any method. One size does not fit all in the ever-changing economy. An emphasis must be put on building a culture receptive to change that can react with agility.
Technology: Proper tools are a must to provide data for pro-active management action. It is Imperative to provide managers with a summary for effective decision making, systems to achieve efficiency, quality output, and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations.
Recommendations
"Jeremiah was my project manager for over two years on Vigor's GMD project. During that time, he was a fundamental element to my own personal growth within the company, and a charismatic leader and friend. Though we no longer work at the same company, if the opportunity arose to practice under his guidance, I'd leap at that opportunity." - Andrew Bassett, Project Engineer

"Jeremiah was handed a position no one could handle. The employee turnover was causing stress on all employees, until he took on the challenge. Production and revenue increased. A team that was losing hope, grew strong. I believe it was Jeremiah who led us. His confidence, enthusiasm for life, and drive to always improve is what sets him aside from people. Anyone should be honored to stand next to him in any position. I truly miss the times we worked together because no one has topped him." - Crysta Lindsay, Team Member and Financial Analyst
