About me
Haven Human Asset Ventures (HAVEN) is a small group of faculty, designers, and coaches focused exclusively on developing content, ideas, and approaches to leadership in high-growth tech and biotech environments. HAVEN specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching, and HR advisory services aimed at enhancing personal growth, fostering effective communication, and creating productive work environments.
Class Facilitators and Content Creators:
Aimee Horowitz is a Partner at HAVEN, specializing in leadership development, team excellence, and diversity and inclusion. With over 20 years of experience, Aimee has worked with senior executives and top firms as both an external advisor and internal change agent. Previously, she led the Organizational Effectiveness practice at Slalom Consulting and was the global head of Talent Strategy & Inclusion at Oliver Wyman, where she earned recognition from Fortune, the Economist, and Working Mother. Earlier in her career, Aimee worked at Catalyst, Mercer, and Aon Hewitt. She holds degrees from Tufts University and Columbia University, and a Business Certificate from Amos Tuck School of Business. She is certified in Belbin Assessments.
Ben Olds is a Partner and Coaching Practice Lead at HAVEN, specializing in individual and team coaching. He is known for his direct communication style, sincere investment in clients' self-exploration, structured thinking, and sense of humor. Ben began his career at Bain & Company, consulting for Fortune 500 companies and developing expertise in organizational and leadership development. He then led North American talent management and internal coaching at Monitor Group. After serving as an internal coach and head of HR for a public biotech company in Cambridge, Ben returned to full-time leadership development at HAVEN. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and multiple coaching certifications, including CPCC, Immunity to Change Facilitator, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Ben is also a member of Marshall Goldsmith's "100 Coaches" organization.
Amy Fenollosa is a senior faculty member, consultant, and instructional designer at HAVEN with over 20 years of experience in learning and development and executive education. She helps leaders achieve their full potential through consulting, customizing content, and facilitating workshops. Previously, Amy worked with The Monitor Group, Tandem Solutions, and the Latimer Group, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients on leadership and communication skills. She has researched executive education at Harvard Business School and shaped various leadership initiatives. Amy holds a BA in English and Film from Denison University and a Master's in Education from Harvard.
Jen Marchi is Founder and Managing Partner at HAVEN specializing in studying leadership's impact on culture, engagement, teams, and organizational performance. With 17 years of experience in human capital and strategy leadership roles at The Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), Sonos, and now HAVEN, she focuses on executive coaching, leadership program design, and talent strategy. Jen supports leaders navigating change, team building, style refinement, and role transitions across technology, biotechnology, and professional services sectors. Her empathetic, candid, and creative approach helps clients achieve personal and organizational goals in dynamic environments.
