Dr. Jeffery A. Williams is officially known as the Chief Empowerment Officer: a title that aptly captures his unique ability to release potential in people and organizations. The many avenues by which he applies this skill—as entrepreneur, business consultant, radio show host, life coach and adjunct psychology professor—speak to the demonstration of continuously maximized potential in his life. A former All-American soccer player, Dr. Williams holds degrees from Brown University (BA), the Harvard Kennedy School (MPA) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (D. Min). In Providence, RI, he is founder and senior pastor of The King's Cathedral—a multifaceted ministry of over fifteen years. Dr. Williams' leadership is respected locally and nationally as an advisor to government leaders in addition to overseeing developmental affairs in seven countries. But his proudest role is always as the husband to Lelani Williams and enthusiastic father to daughters Joy Victoria and Grace Noelle.
