Jeannine Vegh, M.A., I.M.F.T. is an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice, in Columbus, Ohio. While, she grew up in Ohio all her education and training took place in California; where she lived for 30 years. It was there that she received her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Somatic Psychology, from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill. Previously, she had received two undergraduate degrees. This includes a Bachelor of Arts from Antioch University in Santa Barbara and an Associate of Arts from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Ms. Vegh has worked in the field of psychotherapy or social work since 1998. She returned to Ohio in 2010 and opened her private practice in 2012. She specializes in working with couples; using the Gottman Method Couples Therapy treatment model. With individuals, she specializes in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. Ms. Vegh has developed a niche in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse. She trains psychotherapists on this topic, along with working with the public.
